Arlene
Rosenberg
Principal
For
over twenty-five years Arlene has worked with corporations
including Pitney Bowes, AT&T, Drake Beam Morin, PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
Merrill Lynch and BMG Entertainment in organizational and
human resource development. She has developed a clear understanding
of corporate issues and challenges and is able to coach corporate
managers to be successful under todays stressful business
conditions. Arlenes experience as a successful entrepreneur
enables her to assist people starting businesses to handle
the personal and professional challenges inherent in the entrepreneurial
life.
In
addition to her private practice, Arlene has extensive experience
in "change management". Her background includes
conducting needs assessments, facilitating reengineering,
team building and the delivery of focused skill development
training.
Through
seminars, coaching and on-site training she partners with
management in team-building strategies, management and leadership
skills and the problem solving procedures needed to create
corporations dedicated to both employee and customer quality.
A
national seminar leader and radio talk show guest, Arlene
specializes in educating business executives, entrepreneurs
and individuals on creating and coping with change, and motivating
them to walk through the inherent risks. Her private practice
includes individuals who are looking to improve the quality
of their lives and make long lasting life changes. She offers
a practical, solution-oriented approach to creating balance
and success, and helps people develop the strategies and tactics
needed to make those changes stick. Arlene also serves as
mentor coach to new coaches entering the field or those people
considering coaching as a career.
Arlene
has a BA degree in education from Mills College of Education
and a Masters from the College of New Rochelle. She has also
taken graduate courses in organizational development from
Georgia State University. Presently, she serves as secretary
for the New York Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Rosenberg

George
Rosenberg is a recognized specialist in marketing and corporate
communications and an experienced consultant, strategist and
executive coach.
He
advises public relations and other professional services firms
on improving overall firm performance, including issues involving
growth, operations and management/staff development. He also
coaches executives one-on-one to help them maximize personal
and professional growth, enhance skills, develop strategies
for goal achievement, and effect smooth transitions into new
jobs and careers.
In
addition, George consults with entrepreneurs and other executives
on a variety of communications and marketing issues, as well
as organizational structure and mission.
He
spent more than 30 years in the public relations business,
including 17 years with Burson-Marsteller and seven as president
and then CEO of Cohn & Wolfe, where he helped to build
a small, two-office, regional agency into an international
firm among the top 13 largest in the country.
George
has worked with some of the worlds best-known brands
including General Electric, Du Pont, Pfizer, Gillette, Philip
Morris Event Marketing, Turner Broadcastings Goodwill
Games, PGA of America, Quaker Oats, Royal Caribbean Cruise
Lines, Warner Lambert, Federal Express, Merrill Lynch, Philips
Consumer Electronics and Hasbro.
He
established his own communications consulting firm in 2000
and merged with Creative Transformations Coaching in 2002
to create a unique coaching and counseling company serving
high-achieving individuals, corporations and professional
services firms.
He
is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of
America and active in the Counselors Academy and the New York
Chapter. He is a member of Board and a delegate to the national
conference. He was treasurer of the chapter for two years.
He is a member of Coachville one of the leading coaching organizations
in the world. Mr. Rosenberg graduated of The American University,
Washington, D.C., with a B.A. in public relations and has
been named to the School of Communications Advisory
Council.
