Seminars & Workshops

The Rosenberg Group offers a number of seminars and workshops and can also develop customized workshops based on specific corporate or individual needs.

Our current programs include:

Mastering Change for Professional and Personal Success
A one-day seminar designed to help participants create and determine the changes necessary to achieve their vision of success, understand the factors that inhibit action-oriented changes and become familiar with the roles that attitudes, beliefs and balanced living play in mastering change.

Creating a Coaching Mindset
A one- to two-day highly interactive workshop designed to foster an internal culture of coaching and partnering. The seminar is designed for leaders and managers who directly or cross functionally mange teams of people or those people designated to become internal coaches. Using the principles of one-on-one and group coaching, and role-playing, the workshop will help the participants understand and practice how to identify the true sources of problems, develop rather than simply mange staff and partner with their teams to create new levels of success.

Balancing Work/Life Conflicts: Living on the Edge
A 1/2 day seminar that identifies and sensitizes participants to the importance of balancing career success with a rewarding and stimulating personal life. The seminar offers specific techniques for creating a life that is rewarding and balanced both in the office and at home.

Creating Breakthrough Results
A 1/2- to one-day workshop on how to remove the barriers that block “possibility” thinking and produce breakthrough results in one’s business or personal life. Participants explore the key qualities that will make themselves and their businesses more attractive and successful.

In addition, we are available to participate as “expert” speakers on such topics as management and leadership development, communicating more effectively, mastering change, possibility thinking and work/life balance issues at corporate events and “brown bag” luncheon meetings.
